The human behind the tones

Built by a Guitarist, for Guitarists.

About Me

Hey, I'm Wyatt. I've been playing guitar for 7 years — both acoustic and electric — and somewhere along the way, chasing great tone turned into a full-blown obsession.

I run a YouTube guitar tutorial channel, and I've spent years playing in my church's youth band and Sunday morning band. My roots are in rock and Christian music, and I love nothing more than geeking out over gear and dialing in the perfect sound.

That's what Dialed In is all about. Every preset I sell is one I've built, tweaked, and actually played — no filler, just tones I'd gig with myself. If it doesn't sound right to my ears, it doesn't make the cut.

Thanks for stopping by — now go make some noise.

My Approach

  1. Research the tone. What amps, cabs, mics, pedals, and studio tricks made the original sound?
  2. Find the models. Map every piece of that chain to the closest Helix Stadium equivalent.
  3. A/B against the record. Level-matched, back and forth, until it fools the ear.
  4. Test guitars & pickups. Humbuckers, single coils, different outputs — it has to work for you, not just me.
  5. Balance the snapshots. Eight tones, zero volume jumps between them.
  6. Test in a full mix. A tone that only works solo isn't a finished tone.
  7. Refine, then release. Fresh ears, final pass, then it ships with a guide.
